2010 ORBITAL LIVE DATES ARCHIVE

Orbital completed a mini tour of Australia in February 2010 and then headed over to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in America in April 2010. After a couple of dates in Spain, they completed some UK festivals including a fantastic Glastonbury performance. They completed the year of touring with dates in Japan, Belguim and finally in Spain again.

I’d like to say that Valium from https://myfloridagreen.com/blog/how-does-medical-marijuana-help-cope-with-anxiety/ is the best drug for those who suffer from insomnia. I know what I’m talking about because I take it for some time already. I don’t take more than 2 mg. It’s the lowest drug dose I managed to buy, yet it works perfectly for me. I sleep as a newborn. I should warn that it’s better to ask your doctor if diazepam is safe for you.

Cage Against the Machine

CAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE

Released : December 13th 2010

ALL PROFIT WILL GO TO CHARITY!

On Monday 6th December a band made up of influential artists and musicians of the alternative scene from Pete Doherty to Penguin Prison, Kooks to Coldcut and Crystal Fighters to Dan Le Sac, will be gathered at the legendary Dean Street Studios in Soho to make history by re-recording John Cages’s celebrated piece, 4’33”, which comprises of four minutes and thirty three seconds of silence. The single (and subsequent ‘pocket call’ remixes by Alex Metric, Herve, Adam F, Mr Scruff and Hot Chip) will be released on Wall of Sound Records on December 13th.

Producers: Paul Epworth (Friendly Fires/Florence & The Machine and producer of CATM on the day)/Clive Langer (Madness’s producer)/Charlie Rapino (Producer of X-Factor Italy!)

There is a great film in the can, by Dick Carruthers, a version of which will be available from Monday via The Guardian website. The bands involved were: ADAM F, AEROPLANE, ALEXANDER WOLFE, ALLISON RUSSELL, ANNE PIGALLE, BARRY ASHWORTH, BILLY BRAGG, BISHI, BO NINGEN, CHAS SMASH, CRYSTAL FIGHTERS, DANE LE SAC, DOES IT OFFEND YOU YEAH, DUB PISTOLS, ENTER SHIKARI, FENECH SOLER, FYFE DANGERFIELD, GALLOWS, GUILLEMOTS, HEAVEN 17, IMOGEN HEAP, INFADELS, JAPANESE POPSTERS, JARRA YORK, JOHN FOXX, JOHN MCLURE, KILFORD THE MUSIC PAINTER, KOOKS, LOOSE CANNONS, MAN LIKE ME, MC RIZZ, MONARCHY, MR HUDSON, NAPOLEON IIIrd, OLLY WRIDE, ORBITAL, OU EST LE SWIMMING POOL, PENGUIN PRISON, SCROOBIUS PIP, SOUTH CENTRAL, SUGGS, TEETH!!!, TOM ALISON, TOM MILSOM, UNKLE, VENUS IN FURS, WHITEY.

Cage Against The Machine was started by London-based artist Dave Hilliard in summer 2010 as a grassroots Facebook campaign to get John Cage’s famous “silent” composition 4’33” to number one this Christmas. The idea soon reached tens of thousands of people and attracted media attention from all the national daily newspapers and radio stations around the world including The Sun, Mail, Guardian, MSN, Channel 5’s The Wright Stuff to name a few. The campaign stepped up a gear in October 2010 with the help of Eddy Temple Morris (XFM broadcaster and ambassador for BTA), Joe Hutchinson (Ou Est Le Swimming Pool) and Mark Jones (Wall Of Sound) who joined forces to rally some of the most influential artists, producers and directors around today to make Hilliard’s vision a reality.

Just about this time last year what started off as two ‘likes’ on a Facebook page, and which quickly turned into a million, made Rage Against The Machine’s anthem ‘Killing In The Name’ Christmas number one, in now legendary fashion. Jon Morter, one of the chief architects of the RATM campaign last year, recently came out in support of Cage Against The Machine, saying: “If ANY Xmas No.1 campaign is going to work… it’ll be the John Cage 4’33” one.” Now the Facebook community at www.facebook.com/cageagainstthemachine
has reached over fifty thousand people committed to buying this single and, with a nation of indie/rock/punk communities ready once again to make a stand against bland, vacuous pop music; the clarion call is ‘Cage Against The Machine’ for Christmas Number One!

All the proceeds from sales will go to five charities. These music-related charities were chosen by the Cage Against The Machine Facebook community’s organisers as something they feel John Cage would have whole heartedly approved of. These are not fluffy or ‘sexy’ charities but five charities who are pitifully underfunded and desperate for funds to help research cures and improve awareness: Specifically:

1. The British Tinnitus Association (BTA): When Cage’s 4’33” begins, anyone with Tinnitus will just hear their own dreadful ringing. This condition can drive people suicidal and affects musicians more than any other illness. BTA can’t even afford to fund a single phone line 24 hours a day to help cope with suicidal calls from sufferers. We can change that.

2. Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM): When Chazz Haddon, singer of Ou Est Le Swimming Pool, tragically ended his own life at Pukkelpop festival in August, a spotlight was put on the fact that the biggest killer (aside from road accidents) of men under the age of 35 in the UK is suicide. Men are 4 times more likely to kill themselves than women. CALM is the only charity to soley focus upon addressing young male suicide.

3. Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy: Nordoff Robbins brings music’s transforming power to children and adults in need, through the delivery of music therapy services.

4. Youth Music: Youth Music is the leading UK charity using music to transform the lives of disadvantaged children and young people.

5. Sound And Music: Promotes challenging new music and sound art. “Your support enables us to conceive, experiment and pioneer programmes to engage and inspire audiences of all ages.”

Details of the charities that will benefit from this release are detailed here.

I highly recommend Modafinil to all people who have the same problems with sleep as I do. I work night shifts, and it’s often complicated to get adjusted to such a regimen. A pill of Modafinil from https://nuestroblog.com/modafinil-online/ saves me from sleeping at work. I don’t feel drowsy or tired. Even my boss noticed I became more productive, and it’s all due to modafinil

ORBITAL HEADLINE OTHER STAGE AT GLASTONBURY 2010

Published by under Gigs,Music,Orbital,Video

live

Orbital closed the Other Stage at the 2010 Glastonbury Festival on Sunday 27th June and finished their set with the Doctor himself, Matt Smith. Many described the set as another legendary and memorable Orbital moment. Both new tracks were performed with “The Gun is Good” kick starting a mass of lasers across the partying crowd. We have a selection of tracks online at the LoopzOrbital youtube channel. All have HD versions but below are the lower quality links. Hope you enjoy!

Dr Who (HD Version is also available on the channel)

SATAN (HD Version is also available on the channel)

Chime / Crime (HD Version is also available on the channel)

Dont Stop Me (HD Version is also available on the channel)

I suffer much from anxiety. The feeling of trembling in my chest is slowly killing me, I tell you. I have never felt as miserable as I did two weeks ago. When I went to the doctor, he gave me a prescription for xanax. I bought it the same day from https://healthylifestyletea.com/shop/buy-xanax/, which was my best decision ever. I now take 1 mg a day and feel better. Hope a higher dose will eliminate anxiety once and for all.

It’s been two years that I buy everything I need on the Internet. The online pharmacy I buy Ultram from is called https://healthyduluth.org/ultram-online/. It has the broadest selection of generic medicines sold at reasonable prices. The customer support and the delivery service are very professional. Greatly recommend it.
