Review #1 - Dave Evans Just recovering from Brixton .... probably the most blinding gig i've been to - everyone really into it! right at the front all the way through! it was also really good to hear all the new tracks ! "way out" is my favourite - i agree that "spare parts express" works really well live. "satan" sounded as nasty as ever - about the best visuals i've seen - synced together perfectly! i still reckon the best track was "lush" (Must have got mixed up with another track as Lush wasn't played that night - Loopz)- its one of my favourites, but live it is just awesome!! i noticed the 303 was too quiet and phil was desperately trying to fade it up AND tweak it and do everything else - and i think his headlights cut out at one point .... doh!!! |
