Why
did you choose this track(s) to remix ? |
After listening to Middle of
Nowhere for a bit, I decided I wanted to remix one of the
tracks on it. Style was done a bunch of times, so I didn't
want to wear that out. Tracks like "Way Out" (my favorite)
were so well thought-out and put together, that remixing could
never add to them. Nothing Left (at the time) wasn't remixed,
and there were some samples that weren't as hard to extract
(Orbital never seems to make things easy in the vocal-grabbing
department), so I went for it. A week later, the Nothing Left
singles came out, and I hung my head in shame. But I sucked
it up and used them to get better versions of some samples
and named it appropriately, "What's Left of Nothing". So add
this track to the growing list of Nothing Left remixes. |
