Electronic duo Luminous (aka Brother Sun Sister Moon) unites former Minnesota schoolfriends, techno pioneer Paul Robb (formerly of Information Society and Think Tank) and luscious folk chanteuse Barbara Cohen (Accident, Little Lizard and vocals on Air's "Radian"), who together create a unique collision of sophisticated global grooves, post-millennial tripped-out electronics and deeply hypnotic melodies.

Hummingbirds is like an alternative version of Way Out from The Middle of Nowhere and features the same chorus vocal. The collaboration took place via Luminous in their studio in Los Angeles and Orbital in their studio in London. The outcome was a mixture of Orbital trademarks with Barbara Cohens soulful and often haunting vocals.
