Who have you seen live (so far!) this year?

The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.

Willy Mason @ ULU
Phil Hartnoll (djing) & Infusion live @ Fabric
Phil & Dog @ my birthday party
Nitin Sawhney @ Shepherds Bush Empire
Jonah Hex @ Market Place, Brighton (playing live at the marriage of Naomi Bedford & Andy Bramley!)

Hal @ the Barfly
Colourkinesis @ Walthamstow festival (local band)

and that's it so far, although I'm looking forward to seeing Phil & Dog again on Dec 10th!

Every year I tell myself to make a list... and every year, I forget.

Um...
Kraftwerk, U2, Annie, Royksopp, GLASTONBURY (too many to name). Somehow I know I'm missing a few, I haven't been out much this year though.

Strangely enjoyable. Bright bouncy pop that didn't take itself to seriously. Yet again I was surprised by the amount of songs I recognized.

Saw Squarepusher last night. Bad mood + the place being over its capacity (or so we believe) = worst gig I've ever been to. I only caught about 10 minutes of Tom's set and what I saw was pretty cool. But bollocks to it all.
