Is this a missing module or what?

I think it's just a encounter that is harmless and is just there to increase the odds of actually getting an outcome that affects your character stats. Loopz will probably say something like: "You need to be a certain level/race/sex/whatever to unlock the secret", but we all know that's a bunch of crap.

Obviously u need more punishment Mr Weeze so be it.
