Grammy Dance/Electronic nominations

The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.

That Adam Freeland mix of Fever is one of the most dreadful remixes I've ever heard in my life.

I like Galvanize, but the nominations are a very poor and weak representation of the "Dance Music" scene.
I like the LCD soundsystem Album, and Kraftwerk too.
But Kraftwerk is a live album, so its hardly new material, and LCD soundsystem is a bit of a wierd album to classify, I wouldnt really say its a Dance album.

HAHAHAHAAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAAAA!!!

Push The Button (the Chemical Brothers)
Human After All (Daft Punk)
Palookaville (Fatboy Slim)

... I thought we were dealing with the BEST albums, not the biggest stinkers! :P

(OK, push the button is awright, but hardly deserving to be on the list)

I haven't heard LCD Soundsystem, though. Are they good?

Kraftwerk may be good, but it's really just a live best of piece.

Can I just thank <sob> Jesus, God, Mother Mary, <sniff> Joseph and my sylist for helping me to receive this award. My faith got me through the hard times, when I <howl> broke a fingernail that time I knew God was watching over me, thinking 'you go for it Mariah, girlfriend, I'm on your side'.
<blubber>

I love you all.
