the intel tune

The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.

i read that klf manual once (there used to be a very cool site which had mp3s of just about every track/remix the klf had ever done, under all their aliases, and all kinds of crap about them) - not entirely relevant any more as the days are long gone when you can release a single and it will just about chart, then gradually gain more popularity and hit number one several weeks later. entertaining read tho :D

I know someone who made a complete tune out of the WindowsXP Start/shut down sounds, plus a few others. It's brilliant.

Here's a tune (and animation) made from Windows 95 noises which I think is quite impressive: http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/noises.php
