Hurricane Rita
This one looks worse than hurricane katrina and looks about to destroy Galveston and parts of Houston. I chatted to Orbyss (currently in Houston) today and she was busy packing stuff away while Neolmas went rent get a trailer. The highways are jammed and the storm is due to hit tomorrow night. If you see their house...

I hate to resurrect an old thread, but I thought I'd use it to update. 
No longer in Houston, and even though Rita did nothing to it we got out of there with no intention of turning back. So we're now in the four corners area of New Mexico. It's probably temporary, but at least there're no hurricanes here.
I really miss my little hut, though.
