Maida Vale. Anyone else not get in?
Took the day off and went to Maida Vale at 11.30am but was turned away with about 30 others. We all had tickets. Triffic. The Beeb's rationale - we over-issue tickets because normally not everyone else turns up!

yeah, i heard this had happened after the gig. It's one of the annoying aspects of a free Beeb gig. :/

Unfortunately, that's the case with all BBC tickets (Radio/TV) - the only way of guaranteeing an entry is to arrive WAY before the 11am (they did warn you) that they state on the ticket... Otherwise, it'll be a wasted trip...
