The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.
The Box was the first tune that got me into Orbital and in fact electronic music as a whole, so it has a special place in my heart and I hope I've been able to capture the essence of the original with my new take! Enjoy!
Not bad at all mate - wasn't that keen on the beats though, sounded a bit too clean and lightweight.
Work on fattening out the bottom end on your mix & beef up or filter the drums and imo would sound a lot better.
