Got mine today and WOW!!!!!
I've never heard music on this format before but as I had a new home cinema system I was able to slot it directly into that. The quality is amazing, much superior to a normal CD. Still cant get over the fact that all that footage can fit into something so small.
Ive been dancing like a fool all day and reliving the gig I went to all over again, my only gripe is that TGWTSIHH wasnt played.
For anybody umming and arring as to whether to get one, then go for it, money well spent.

Re: USBs
I desperately want to order one of these, but get the following error message when I try and log in:
Unspecific Error
Unfortunately an error occurred on our system.
Please email us at techsupport@digitalstores.co.uk explaining the problem and which store this occurred on.
I emailed the techsupport but have not heard a response. Can anyone help?

Re: USBs
Hmmm, have you got Java installed on your machine?jefffinsd wrote:Dell Laptop PP18L
Win X2, Svc Pack 2
Tried on both Firefox 3.0.14 and IE 6.0
From a brief look at the code on that site, it uses Java Server Pages (jsp), but unsure if you need Sun's Java SE Runtime Environment to use it?
It works fine on Windows XP, SP3, Firefox 3.5.3 (the latest version).

Re: USBs
I must have had an older version of Java, because after downloading it, I created a new account under a different email address and was able to order the London Brixton Acadamy, September 25th gig. I can't wait to hear it.
Is there any gig that stands out better than the others? I guess it's kind of like trying to tell someone who your favorite child is...
Thanks again.

Goes with the job, although I tend to write technical documents nowadays rather than techie stuff!Loopz wrote:well done Nick.![]()

As for which gig is the best, I guess it depends (mainly) on personal preference and whether you were at the gig or not.

Re: USBs
It is a valid question though. I am going to order 2, one being Brixton on the 25th Oct and I was thinking of getting another one.usernick wrote:

So it would be nice if we knew that the recordings for all the gigs are of the same quality (there must be some that are more consistent than others) and which other set would have been the most different from the 25th.
Having heard part of the set from Sonar this year, its pretty clear the gigs got more and more confident and diverse as this summer has progressed.
So would the reccommendation be to maybe go for one of the earlier (or possibly earliest) recording?

Re: USBs
Newbie on the forum here. Not new to Orbital tho!
Ordered 2 wristbands from Manchester 18/09 gig (a-maazing gig). Got them this morning, one is Manchester the other is London 25/09. Not that I mind I suppose - 2 gigs for the price of one (sort of)...
Quality is second to none. I am really really impressed!
Anyone want to do some swapping (if that's not frowned upon round these parts)

Re: USBs
In theory, all of them (as they didn't record any festivals)!Pirtek wrote:Which wrist band has Know where to run on it?
That's the one I'll go for. I love that live!
