The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.
Heh, weird, I'd been looking that up on the web earlier today, and was considering heading downtown to pick that, Music for the Masses and Speak and Spell up.
From what I've heard, Mr. Wilder had a finger in remastering them, which at least has sentimental value to me...
I'm missing quite a few of their albums in CD format, and considering how big a fan of theirs I've turned out to be, I'm pretty sure I'll be picking up all of these remastered albums.

Some people don't get the Transformers. It's simple. They're big robots. And they change into things. And they fight. This is beautiful and mad. If you do not get this, there is something missing in your soul. - Paul O'Brien
I went out and bought the remastered Music for the Masses and Violator today, and I recommend them to any Depeche Mode fans. I haven't been able to listen to them in 5.1 yet, but the remastering is really well done.
The bonus DVDs were really nice, each has a 35 minute documentary about the making of the respective albums, and they really went out of their way to talk to as many people who were involved as possible.
