I normally leave Daddy Long Legs to my cat - they make a lovely scrunching sound when he eats them (with legs sticking out from his mouth)!

Pound for pound (gram for gram for our continental friends), the Crane Fly (daddy long legs) is the most venomous animal in the world. Luckily it's proboscis is unable to penetrate skin, and it only feeds on smaller insects.
