The setting: public library staff lunchroom

I sit down and start pulling out stuff for my lunch:
Bottle of water (Nalgene!)
Pita bread
Container of hummus
Small container of tzatziki
Small container of marinated artichoke hearts
Container with sliced tomato, bell peppers (yellow, red, green), red onion and some black olives
Peach yogurt
Nectarine

Woman calls out from across the room: Aimée, are you vegetarian?

My jar of lazee chili has depleted

Gonna go for a traditional cod and Chips from my local chippy tonight. Mmmmm. Complete with tartare sauce and a cold can of Coca Cola.

Lunch today was slightly boring... tuna/mayo/lettuce/onion baguette.
But it was missing 1 essential item...

Chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili chili.

Chicken, Cheddar, Spinach, Rocket, Red Onions, baby tomatoes with a bit of Dijon (which is now all over my bloody mouse and keyboard) in a granary 'wich.

Yum.

So basic, but so good at the same time.
