Anyone have any idea who does the music to the recent live music on chan 4 adverts?
It has been used recently on the ads for Oasis live in Manchester and features people moving around in the dark covered in what looks like fluoro cables of diff colours...i think the ad starts with some people in a tent thats lit up brightly from the inside.
The tune itself is kinda cool and sounds like a mandolin thats been chopped about with...cant be any more descriptive than that tho i am afraid!!!
Also want to know who does the music in between hollyoaks that advertises E4...this is a more breaks orientated tune!
Short of emailing channel 4 i have no ideas!!!

Some of you may remember i posted this thread a little while ago...well i received a reply to my email yesterday from Channel 4.
Apparently the music between hollyoaks which sounds very breaks orientated is a specially commissioned piece and no artist given.
However the music used to advertise 4Music's oasis live is called 'Quick Broken Harp' by Kelpe.
Anyone heard anything by these guys?

The latest outing on J Saul Kane’s Depth Charge imprint comes from newcomer Kelpe who delivers 4 tracks of chilled BOC-esque electronica, opening with ‘Half Spun’ a break ridden analog number that has lush warbling strings under crisp drums and some slinky editing and quantize action.
