My friend Al took me out for lunch, I had eggplant parma in a pita with some fries...
For dinner we went to Fresh, which is one of my favourite spots, I had an Energy rice bowl (brown rice, veggie stew, coconut curry sauce, sprouts, fresh veg, etc) and then we came home and had birthday cake (carrot cake). Yum yum.
Well today I had Country Ham/lettuce/Cheese/Houmous/Dijon Mustard on a Rye baguette followed with Marks n Spencers Chocolate chip cookies... DAMN these are good cookies.
