Sounds like "Where we going" to me! Admitedly the vocal is pretty ambiguous, but thats the beauty of it.
Is there a second phrase that lies underneath of the repeated vocal? I'm sure I can hear something, sounds quite autotuned.

I always think of it as being 'we roll'? It's interesting how everyone can listen to the same track and hear something totally different. In many ways, that's the beauty of it!

And, to me, the chorus of New France sounds like 'burn and sway'... But I think Zola Jesus' vocals are quite a good update of the Alsion Goldfrapp wordless singing thing.
