Hi all,
getting a bit worried that tickets haven't been delivered - have tried CrowdSurge several times this week without a response. Is there a facility for picking up tickets at the Royal Albert Hall?

We've also had (many) problems with Crowdsurge - try logging in to their website and submitting a service ticket, we did that and managed to get a reply.

I never did get my "pre-order" copy of Wonky, as it goes, too. At some point when I have the time/energy to argue the toss with them, I will have words. However, it would be quicker and easier to get it from Amazon at this point.
