Mylo in the Live Lounge
16 May 2005
Mylo was Jo Whiley's Live Lounge guest at Maida Vale today (Monday).
With the help of his band - which includes his brother on drums - he performed his fabulous current single 'In My Arms', and he also did an electro cover version of 'Sweet Child of Mine' by Guns'n'Roses.
DOH SHOULD BE IN MUSIC DISCUSSION
Sweet child of mine version is STUNNING !

Yup, Sweet Child Of Mine is actually by a band called Flatpack (who have recently been signed to Breastfed) - features Katty (singer from Bent) on vocals.Karnorjax wrote:http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/jowhiley/li ... ry/1.shtml

"While we are on the subject of MYLO look out for something a little bit special forthcoming in a couple of weeks time on his label Breastfed...
It's one of our Deft Recordings side-projects called Flatpac, and is a cover of Guns n' Roses "Sweet Child of Mine", only with girly vocals...
It definately has to be heard to be believed, and will apparently be featuring a remix from the man MYLO himself as well as the mighty Crazy Penis...
Being played all over Radio 1 at the mo so watch this space...this time next year rodders we'll all be meeeellionaires!
muhahahaha (evil millionaire cackle)"
I've got the Linus Loves mix and that's damn good, but haven't heard any of the others thus far...
Oh, and btw, got the double vinyl of the "Destroy Rock & Roll" album this morning, so it does now exist (BFD007LP)!

Apparently so, yes, an evil way for record companies (Breastfed has recently been bought by Sony) to ensure that fans buy the same album all over again...Dollydagger wrote:I'm confused, I already have the album, is this a re-release?!usernick wrote:Also on a Mylo topic, the official site also states the following:
