Shoot Em up
- Good lol action fun, not to be taken seriously. Clive Owen doing what he does best, acting cool and getting away from the bad guys!
American Gangster
- Highly enjoyable once you understand what is going on, its no Goodfellas but definitely one to watch if you like your gangster movies. Denzel is one hard bastard too!
Idiocracy
- Mike Judge wrote and directed this comedy. Basically its just taking the piss. Funny in parts and worth a watch!

"You know, just simple lines intertwining, you know, very much like - I'm really influenced by Mozart and Bach, and it's sort of in between those, really. It's like a Mach piece, really"

Chime - Did you mean "Ultimatum"? as Supremecy is the sequel... sorry for picking you up on this but I might as well
I really enjoyed all of them, I didnt think Mr Damon would be any good in that type of role but I was wrong.
Ultimatum I think is the better one out of the 3. Apart from using that awful Moby tune at the end of all of them.
I also watched Spiderman 3 a few days ago. Bloody awful. Gutted really because I enjoyed the previous 2. I paid for the privaledge on Sky Box office but ended up turning it over to "Dave" to see whether Richie and Eddie were up to anything more interesting... they were.

You spotted my deliberate mistake
It was the Ultimatum and I thoroughly enjoyed it, as I enjoyed Spidey 3 as well, can't believe they have signed up to possibly make 6 more of those. Toby Maguire has said he may do another three, but no more after that.
You seen Matt Damon in Good Will Hunting?, and his best film that I like is The Talented Mr Ripley - just superb!!!

Yes Matt Damon is a class actor. He shines in whatever film he is in. I also rate Decaprio despite the negative response his name normally gets. Add the two together and you get an awesome film (Departed).
Lets hope the next Spiderman is a return to form...
Hopefully off to see I am Legend next week. Looks excellent despite it looking like an american version of 28 days later...

Perfume: The Story of a Murderer
Loved it. Beautifully shot. Class acting, dark and surreal.

Cashback
It's great!
so much fun, beautiful, lovely and hilarious.
I wonder why it was so low on advertising...
ah wel.
it's great anyway.

It's 106 miles to Chicago.
We got a full tank of gas,
half a pack of cigarettes.
It's dark and we are wearing sunglasses

Re: What's The Last Film You Watched?
on my exciting new year's eve on my mum's sofa, i watched baz luhrman's romeo + juliet, and mallrats. seen them both before, mallrats more than once.
r+j was good, visually interesting, and i like claire danes (and the bloke who plays mercutio or whatever is funny - i've been watching him in 'oz' lately too), but shakespearian dialogue is always a bit of a strain.
mallrats, classic stupid fun, can't go wrong - we turned over to the beeb for ten minutes for big ben and fireworks, it was just after the shagging-in-the-elevator (or indeed 'lift') scene & hopefully didn't miss anything too vital.

"Control" - Great film with some really good performances. Its a shame they have to change a few facts to dramatise and to build on characters but its a minor moan. Great film.
