How do you stop watching it? Its the worst thing on TV there are no hotties anymore (yes Memly i know you like her) and the storylines are rubbish...oh and I want to punch Claire!

i recently managed to detox myself of hollyoaks, because i had sky one for a while, for free, and there were always two episodes of malcolm in the middle between 6 and 7. then i stopped getting sky one. but i've managed to resist going back to the lure of chester.
now i've moved in with some mates and we're getting ntl tv in a few weeks so will have sky one again. woo
