I saw Solaris.

It's a slow movie, but still entertaining.
Some of the shots look really nice.

Flushed away mediocre plot plenty of funny asides and in gags too keep an eye open for... hidden stuff like Han in Carbon ( ice) stuff more funny than the main film

Coming to America

Fantastic stuff!
"You know, just simple lines intertwining, you know, very much like - I'm really influenced by Mozart and Bach, and it's sort of in between those, really. It's like a Mach piece, really"
Nigel Tufnel talking about his song "Lick My Love Pump" - This Is Spinal Tap.

Children of Men.

Lauren & I saw it a few nights ago. We both thought it was fantastic & very well done. She wasn't too crazy about the ending but I think it makes the film a bit more unique.

Good stuff.

I watched The Lost Boys today for the first time. Its known for being a classic apparently and me and my girlfriend watched it. Its was good like I liked it, don't know if it would be my favorite but I thought it was pretty worthwhile - I really enjoyed the comedy element of it even though there wasn't that much. 80s humor I find can be really funny.
