Pink Floyd - Genius or Twats?

Post by davemacfrombath »

So... it's been a while since I pissed anyone off on here, so here goes.

What a bunch of up their own arses wankers.

Middle class public school tossers who wouldn't look out of place down the local rugby club.

Walter John - sings the first couple of lines of the song then gets a mate to finish. What's that about?

Syd Wimpy? Brushing your teeth by holding the toothbrush still and jumping up and down? Not big OR clever.

As for the other 4 - who the fuck are they?

It's why punk was invented kids.

I say twats.

Are you trying to piss anyone off in particular by any chance??

My friend saw them at live aid, his words were "what a bunch of miserable cunts" however, their music is the bollocks, simple as that - I think they're brilliant.

I listen for the music, not because they are rich, miserable, middle aged cogders.

On that note, I'm off to put my animals cd on. :P
You look real great.

Must say I'm partial to a bit of Floyd. Although once Waters left they became pants.
I don't know you people...why are you here?

Let's face it, if I didn't exist - you'd pay someone to have me invented.

On a Floyd-related note, David Gilmour is making 3 lives tunes of Syd Barrett (and David Bowie) via http://www.davidgilmour.com - a limited 7" will be released on 26th December! :)
