Question about ownership of In Sides

I am in a video tech class at my school and we are working on a project that requires a song by an artist. I chose Orbital's "The Box" and I was wondering who owns the rights to it, because we have to either send an email or letter to the company asking permission to use it. I've read that FFRR records owns the rights to In Sides but I cant find their website or email. Are they even around anymore? Anyways if anybody could help me out on this I would be grateful.

I own it, actually. Just get your school to send me a cheque for £500 made out to "Mr D Macfrombath" and I'll give you full clearance.

hah very funny. ok seriously though Ive read that Warner music owns the rights to it now (they did release the "best of" releases), but I cant find anything on their website.
