to get to the venue, go to elephant & castle tube station (main/south entrance), turn right, and its about 45 seconds walk - big red flashing neon sign!!!
across the road from the venue theres a wetherspoons type pub (good for a couple of cheap warm up drinks. the coronets bar prices are also pretty reasonable - £3 a pint). there is also a tesco next door, but i'd warn against trying to smuggle in booze - the coronet security are pretty thorough (but very nice and friendly! - best security team i've encounted in 8 years of venues and bars)
theres cash machines and newsagents (for ciggies) between the venue and the tube station, theres also a number of cafes etc that open around 6am for toast and coffee when you leave (if you last til then...) or theres a mcdonalds 5 mins walk away for those who eat that shit...
