Have you thought about introducing the q & a bit in the user registration?

We introduced that in some other boards, and not one single spam bot registration... And we're talking about a month after introducing it... :)

I'm going to change something. We get loads of spam users registered but normally it doesnt reach the posting stage so i just clear about 5 users each week. i'm getting bored of doing that now.

Only 5 a week? Blimey, that's not too bad - we used to get about 5 (per board) per day...

Since introducing the q&a question during registration (which you can configure), no spam bot registrations at all... 8)
