Glastonbury Alternatives

Post by davemacfrombath »

Has anyone though about what they are doing next year instead of Glasto?

Has anyone heard anything about a rumoured alternative in Ibiza?
Slugs! HE created slugs! They can't hear. They can't speak. They can't operate machinery. Are we not in the hands of a lunatic?

OK, so I was there last year and the year before and the year before that but...

I am def Big Chillin it again this year, gonna get my ticket soon too as i have a feeling it will sell out early with no Glastonbury.

As for other festivals, i looked at the exit festival last year which is held in Serbia each year...looked cool and really fancy going to Serbia as it seems a very nice place.

I'm taking a year off festivals next year (well any significant ones).
Maybe if I do this I can syncronize my summers with Mr Eavis.
I don't know you people...why are you here?

I'm really unsure of what to do next year. There isnt really another festival that appeals to me enough. Going to research a bit more and hopefully get some lineups details before considering parting with my dosh :)

Apparently a good choice, but you need to be in the same country that you're currently in, Dan! :)

No, Nick, they've recently invented these things called "aeroplanes" that can actually take you to another country! :P

True, but I couldn't really justify a plane trip to the land of the Rising Sun for a festival! :P

I do, however, want to go and visit Japan at some point, though... :D
