Golden Wonder going out of business....

...Which means no more Worcester sauce flavoured Wheat Crunchies for me......NOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Just been to purchase said packet of crisps and been "reliably" informed by the vending machine lady that this may be my last pack as she cant get anymore...
Any truth in this awful rumour???

Yup, it's true. Walkers are a client of the company I work for and I'm often at their office in Theale. They're pretty much dancing in the open plan offices at the news they've put Golden Wonder into the history books. They assimilated Smiths a while ago.
Pepsico, the parent company for Walkers really are going after global domination.

Walkers aint even walkers anymore they belong to the mltinational crisp / potatoe chip giant that is LAYS. from the USA they also own Lays in europe as well.
I dont care either way I havent eaten crisps in over 3 years now. same with chocolate or sweets..
I do have a bad habbit on snackajacks minis thou

The cheese ones are mank, but the bacon ones are quality. They used to do a sour cream and chive one ages ago and quite recently, they used to have a chicken flavour but I only saw them in a newsagent next to Chessington North station.
I love Cheese and Onion Smiths squares and those Beefy Monster Munch, but they're a rarity these days, you cant find them anywhere
