I was always under the impression Orbital sampled Joey.
I remember reading this years ago.

Ok. I', no musician but I've had a listen to Mirror Mirror and ther is, indeed, nothing sounding like the Energy Flash/Chime sample. HOWEVER, the vocals do sound to be vaguely the same tune.

Energis Flash was produced in 1988 BTW.
