I never killed no dragon, I'm still at level 14, did I miss something?

Why does it suprise you that its snowing. Fahrenheit is on a mountain
As for statues. It depends on who was the last person to slay the dragon in THAT town. You are obviously the last person to kill the dragon in Fahrenheit's town
