Phil Hartnoll @ The Dogstar

The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.

Could be. He's got to be in Australia for the 25th November for a gig, but that still leaves a day or two in between.

I'd be up for it out of curiosity, but there's sooooo much great music going on next weekend I don't think I'll be free. :? Not skipping Phil Kieran or Richie Hawtin for Phil Hartnoll, I'm afraid! :P

 Nah, Badger and myself at one point had plans to go to the event. It's a three-day desert festival by a creek with Amorphous Androgenous, System 7, Mathew Jonson, Eat Static and tons of other similarly entertaining stuff - will be a blast! Phil's gonna have an awesome time. 8)

For what it's worth, we were in the Dogstar on Tuesday and the barman said that Phil wasn't playing there.

Then he said that he had played there last Sunday. And at The Fridge last Friday (which seems unlikely). So he probably doesn't know what he's talking about.

So, I'd take all of this with several bags of salt...
