There was a discussion in one of the cities where someone asked what tattoos did. Someone mentioned nothing but pain etc but there is always something to benefit the player for having a tattoo. As you can see LittleTwinStar has gained something from having one but i'm not going to give out secrets / spoilers about all the tattoos. Pros and Cons with everything
