What is the Orbital Holy Grail?

Hello,
I have quite a sizeable collection of Orbital vinyl and CDs including some rare stuff but what is the item that you have been after for ages?
I have never seen the Midnight Remix CD single anywhere - I've got it on vinyl but the CD? Not a sniff of it.

Most formats of Chime are pretty hard to find, as is Mutations, I think.

I'd say that 'Chime' on OhZone (not the dodgy US import one) was the holy grail but I'd now say it's the Global Method 'Vibe Tribe' EP as there are less than 1000 kicking around (I know there were only 200 of the Stereo 8 'OPS' mix) and are very hard to find now.

i think there is no midnight remix single..
altho it is in the loopz discogs, never saw it and wouldn't really make sense
the omen single is pretty rare but pops up every now and then on ebay. (like now)
still need to get the chime oh zone one..
an unopened Trupak is also a nice grail.
and ofcourse
this one
which i only saw in a store once (and bought it) and then never again

not even on ebay.
some guy on discogs wanted me to sell it

hehe.. no.

There is a Chime Oh Zone going at the moment on Ebay here
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ORBITAL-CHIME-DEE ... dZViewItem
starting at £20 and one went for £18 yesterday which is a bit of a bargain as I have seen it at Vinyl Exchange in Manchester for £50.
When you say there is no Midnight remix single do you mean that there is no remix CD single for me to pine over and look fruitlessly for - my vinyl copy will do me but it would have been nice to have it on CD.

I've never seen a Midnight (Sasha Remix) CD single for sale at all, and have never seen any evidence it exists, so I'm willing to bet (unless photographic evidence is supplied) that it doesn't exist! So, come on Loopz, if it exists, take a photo/scan of it...

Maybe santa might realise thats what I want, oh and a Xbox 360 please
(Loopz - Do you know whether he reads this forum? I hope so).

I don't think that anyone is doubting the existence of the Sasha mix of Midnight but rather the existence of a CD single containing the mix as detailed in the discography.

I remember seeing it in HMV years ago. I might have dreamed it, but it would have been a really geeky dream if so.

I'm willing to wager that wouldn't be the first really geeky/Orbital related dream anyone around here has ever had.

The discography was compiled not just by me but a few people. One of them was the original Orbital PR man, Jones. If an item is on the discography then it exists. Just because you havent got it, seen it for sale or cant see it doesnt mean it doesnt exist.
As for the Grail - i'd say there is plenty of non-released grails but for the commercial released items i would go for erm...i have no idea

They are all gems to me. I kinda of like the fact that Trupak is an altogether (scuse pun) item. Vacuumed sealed of course. Quite unique package.

other nice grail:
Paul hartnoll's remix of JMJ's Aerology. but that wasn't comercially released..
damn shame tho. smashing tune eh grommit lad?
