For the third year running (pardon the pun), I will be participating in the CIBC Run for the Cure, which is a cross-Canada event in support of breast cancer research, education, and awareness programmes.
The run is Sunday, October 2, and I am still collecting money
If you would like to make a donation (and
any amount is appreciated), you can donate online
by clicking here (for the record $10 Canadian = £4.70 or €7).
For more information on the run, visit
http://www.cibcrunforthecure.com
If anybody wants to donate anything, no matter how much or how little... thanks in advance, I really appreciate it!
Aimée

Big thanks to Matt (Karnorjax) for the donation!
Just as a note, in addition to the credit cards taken through the site, I can take Paypal and take the funds to the bank

I just tried to complete the form Aimee but I only have a switch (maestro) card and it won't take it.
How can I transfer something through paypal to you?

Jane: if you log into paypal and choose send money, you can just put my email address (aimee at sullen dot org) and an amount, and off it goes (as long as your card works with paypal)... then I can take my form to the bank and it's done.
Aaaand thank you goes out as well to memly, if that was indeed you!
Two days until the big day!

What a success!
The Brampton run site had about 5,000 walkers/runners on a beautiful October day. I remember last year we were freezing - this year it was 20 degrees and sunny!
I completed the 5km (3.1mi) course in just over 40 minutes - not bad for somoene who's out of shape!
In total I raised $255CAN which I could not have done without you! Thank you all!
