just out of interest.....I presume 'Bastard' is the name of the night that you put on. Who came up with that title and why is it called so???

'Bastard' isn't run by me, it's a small club run once a month at The Asylum in London and is the brainchile of Mike and Johnny from Cartel Communique. Basically it got it's name from the bastard pop bootlegs that it's so famous for. It's the most famous underground bootleg night in the world
'West of Bastard' is basically an emulation of that night, but in Bristol and is run by good friends Lumpy, Pete Justaposeur and Andew Herring (not his real name).
