Hey BoC fans!
I've got 'Music has the right...' and like it a lot, but nothing else by them. Is 'Geogaddi' (spelling?) any good?

Geogaddi gets a thumbs up for me. I remember there being a lot of hype about this album and i think that killed it for some people. I just hope the new album doesnt suffer the same way although its not really being that hyped up this time around.

I thought Geogaddi was poor. It never really grabbed me.
A beautiful place in out the Country is amazing, so too is Twoism

I can't stand the early stuff, bores the fuck out of me. Geogaddi's really nice, though. So I'm looking forward to this, hoping they carry on in the upward slant.

I really like Geogaddi, it was the first BoC I got. Now I have a nice compilation cd-r thanks to Trom as well.
If I hear good things about this, I'l probably get it.

What you mean you'll actually buy it?

Such a classic quip, I thought I'd post it twice

By the way, it's out there, in the cyberspace...
Of course, it could be a fake, but then it's an elaborate one since track 9 really is "Oscar See Through Red Eye", which you can listen on bleep.com
The rest is suprisingly some kind of departure for the band, in a good way IMO. Definitly recognizable, but the sounds' texture have changed. It's really nice and exciting.

i have put this in another thread but it fits better here. I've only listened to the album twice and i'm undecided what i really think. I do know that track 5 is just a delight to listen to

I think the album is a corker - more structured and mature that their earlier work.
In fact, I would go as far as to say it's their "Insides" so to speak (But that doesn't mean it sounds like Orbital!)

out on the 12th over here and with bonus track: ボーナストラック収録予定 and will ask my Japanese teacher what that means on thursday!
Only heard Dayvan so far which is pretty nice coo - the rock sound it opens with took me a bit by surprise... but waiting eagerly for the rest of the album to blow me away more than Geogaddi did...
