Boards of Canada - The Campfire Headphase

The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.

Acid Gaz - the travelcards are in the same box as the libros. Tell The Artist to pay his Rent.
Slugs! HE created slugs! They can't hear. They can't speak. They can't operate machinery. Are we not in the hands of a lunatic?

Davemac.

Libros are no longer valid currency in the West.

Travelcards are plentiful and cheap, but let's have none of this artistic dirty talk. Children are present.

trompurple: from xltronic forums and from a couple of interviews, it seems that the brothers (they are brothers, it's official now) have entertained moving to New Zealand and Hong Kong (separately), but that they are keeping it together and postponing these plans since the current music making is working well for them. I'm paraphrasing here, but I don't think this is the end of them. But you never know.

Plus, isn't it funny that they've kept their blood relation kind of secret due to "not wanting to be compared to Orbital" etc.? :P

Yes, the recent interview in this month's "Wire" magazine mentions that. I'll try and scan it in at some point - interesting reading :)

On the subject of Japanese releases, is the extra track on Autechre's "Untilted" ("Zurich 2001") worth getting? If so, might order both BoC and Autechre from HMV Japan to save on shipping! :)
