I remember when Toronto bid for the games... almost no publicity.
And now I've seen what it was like in London leading up to the announcement... I have never seen more of a push in my life. I saw "Back the Bid" stuff everywhere I went in London.

It will be nice to have it in the same time zone. No more having to get up at 4am to see heats of the Modern Pentathlon or that greatest of non-sports, Syncronised Swimming (solo)
