I don't think it is fake. I've found a 2 track promo already. And I am eyeing up that cd so don';t get into a bidding war with me!!!

Just seen the promo cd. That doesn't bother me as it's just in a plastic cd holder. If it had been in a jewel case with a proper front and back to it, then that would be different. No much difference to buying the wavs and then burning them to cd, which is what I've done.
