The good old days

The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.

It's 106 miles to Chicago.
We got a full tank of gas,
half a pack of cigarettes.
It's dark and we are wearing sunglasses

Holy shit, thats my old local club. It was in an old warehouse on the North Bridge / York Road and didnt have a drinks license. You were encouraged to bring your own, hence the name Doncaster BYO. Needless to say as can be witnessed from the video, most people didnt. They had great lasers though, and a wicked chill out red double decker london routemaster outside.

Even weirder is that my dad designed a lot of the flyers having never been to any sort of musical event since the 60s (as AFAIK never touched anything stronger than shandy).
