Yep.
And by the way, the quickest dish from his 30 minutes meals we have tried has taken us more than an hour... and thats with 2 (average) cooks!
I wont go on about the ones that have taken my missus more like 2 hours to cook.

ho ho.
Everyone I know who has the book complains that nothing takes anywhere near as little time as 30 minutes.
Me and Mrs Macfrombath did one together last week, both working flat out, and it took us 45 minutes.
it's the 90 minutes preprep that he doesn't mention....
