Underworld have announced the details of their first album in three years.

Released on September 13, 'Barking' is the follow-up to 2007's 'Oblivion With Bells'. It features guest appearances and additional production from the likes of Paul van Dyk, High Contrast and Dubfire.

The tracklisting of 'Barking' is:

'Bird 1'
'Always Loved A Film'
'Scribble'
'Hamburg Hotel'
'Grace'
'Between Stars'
'Diamond Jigsaw'
'Moon In Water'
'Louisiana'

Hope it's better than the Chemical Bros new one.....

I don't have high hopes, as of yet..

Scribble sounds like a great remix of an underworld track, but that's it....
we'll see.

I'm thinking this will be a little bit less of an album, but more a collection of songs. Seeing it has so many different producers on there, can't see how they will make a coherent album out of it.

But as long as the songs bang, I'll buy that for a dollar! (thank you, memly)

I'm slightly worried about the 'collaboration' side to this new album, given that the guys have been putting out amazing tunes of their own on underworldlive.com and during their live shows - many of which do not appear here - for ages. However, it'll be great to have studio versions of Between Stars and Diamond Jigsaw - they are pure loveliness.
