yeah very happy - ive worked with phil in the past, im releasing a remix i did for him on my label soon but ive always wanted to take a bash at some of the orbital classics. its always great when you get to work with one of your idols for sure

Any more info Aimee on a release? It was sounding quite interesting from that clip.

He posted that he wasn't sure when/if it was being released, that's all I know.

Cool, thanks for this! Remember hearing the remix a while ago and quite fancying a copy. Not generally my kind of thing but I don't mind a bit of Psy/goa trance on the odd occassion and know a few people who might enjoy it!

Thanks for the kind words guys! As far as hitting or missing the point it was more a question of doing a different type of remix than had been tried before as far as i was concerned. the obvious direction to take any halcyon remix from my point of view was in a "chilled" direction, and so i sort of deliberately decided not to do that.

it works an absolute treat in clubs / festival settings for me and is as divisive as a remix of such a classic could ever be expected to be (VERY).
