Mrs. Jynx - The Standoffish Cat

A new face on the IDM scene, Mrs. Jynx has released a scorching debut on planet mu. This album has some really great moments, namely for me the tracks Dusty, Kites, and Chocolate Oranges are all simply stunning. I was iffy to give it a listen until i noticed a few big players in her list of influences in her myspace profile. Among them i find Orbital, Plaid, Boards of Canada, the Orb, Mu-ziq, Aphex Twin and many others among the best IDM artists of all time. I'd say we may have a new rising star in the electronic music scene. pure genius!
