my avartar was initially a gif and it didnt work.. so saved as a jpg .. and its still not wriggling its yellow romp. ... hmmmm..

I'm telling you, just get the windows tool I posted before. It's from microsoft so it's safe, & it works with less-than-legal copies of windows too (trust me I tried).
This is about as easy as it gets. Unless you get Loopz to do it for you.
