as it happens, my usual bedtime is something around about 3am, last night i actually went to bed early at something like 2.
woke up at about 6, but still - am in a bit of a relapse so my sleeping patterns are more buggered than usual.

going back to bed in a sec anyway, hoping for some more sleep.
