I am obviously not very bright as a I can't work it out and neither can my work colleagues, can someone tell us how its done please?

Add 14 to your number, then subtract 13.0 from your total. Square this number by 24 and divide this by 12.5
Divide your answer by 2.12 and round up to the nearest decimal. Then jump around your room screaming "My Old Mans a Dustman" and turn your light switch off and on 8 times.
Then scratch your nose and hum the theme tune to Newsround and type 55378008 into your calculator and read the answer upside down.
Finally multiply this by your original answer and hey presto.
Job done.
