I know a few people on here make their own music and maybe get vinyl dubplates cut. Well if you do, then i would recommend that you use these guys based in london. Many apologies for the advertisement but couple of mates, starting out and in my opinion offer a good service!!!!

Sweet. You can do single copies? I am there.
However, £40 per vinyl? That's pretty damn expensive.
I would say £20 would get them more buisness.

I would say £30 is about right, there's a few I'd consider having done at that price, have a word with your mates Tim

Thanks for the feedback - I have sent it to the guys and i await there response!!!! The solution to the £40 quid problem is to order loads of copies as then they are only £30 quid each.

£30 would be reasonable if it was for an album but it says "8 minutes per side for maximum volume and quality" on 12" - thought it was 18 minutes a side for 12"?

Cutting the master is the most expensive part of record production...
They reason most places charge so much is that the equipment is so expensive. I think the cheapest 'home' vinyl cutter is £8,000

Crickey.
If I didn't love vinyl so much I'd say "why not get a CD writer for £30?"
