Something for April

The Music Discussion forum has replaced the old Lyrics and Samples forum and the Live Scene and Music Reviews forum. This forum is used to discuss anything relating to Music including Orbital topics, the live scene including Orbital gigs past, present and future. This section is an ideal place to post your live gigs reviews and album / single reviews. This forum can also be used to discuss Orbital lyrics and samples. The website will never disclose or confirm samples for legal reasons - so this is the next best thing.

Something for April

Post by Dog »

Right, seeing as no-one's started anything, here goes...

What: Premix @ 'Legs n' Co
Where: The Spread Eagle, Kingsland Road, Shoreditch
When: Friday 15th April (thats this Friday)
Who: Dj's Mixmaster Philmanns, Act of Dog, Idiotech & Matt Catt
'Ow Much?: Free
Time: 8.30pm - 2am

Matt Catt 8.30-10.30, Philmanns 10.30-11.30, Act of Dog 11.30-12.30, Idiotech 12.30-1.30 and then probably Matt Catt again.

What you'll hear? Pretty much anything. Phil'll probably go party tunes, I'm going with nasty breaks n' acid stuff and I'd imagine Robb will be similar...

Definitely going to make it this time, I'm off on Friday :D

Fairy nuff, but seeing as it's this coming Friday and we didn't know of your plans until just now ;)

Good idea though... Whats it going to be called? "The Dog Solitude Memorial Plugging Board" or something? ;)

Just make a forum that only Dog can post in (and the only forum Dog can post in) for him to write as many threads as he wants about what pubs he's playing in, and what tunes he's been making over the weekend.

Call it the "Nobody Cares Forum".

Well, for an old strip joint it's not a bad little pub. The walls are now a tasteful leopard print.

Oh and Ed, I'm not just plugging me DJing, but Phil too ;)

Okey dokey, well I'm probably going to make it up to Brum for this event (was going to go to Brighton to go and see Homelife - featuring Graham Massey and Seaming Too, but hotels are proving a tad too expensive over the bank holiday weekend :( ):
